Meet Your Event and Multimedia Production Staff

Audrey Ivey, Owner

Audrey is a native Californian who grew up in West Garden Grove. After High School, she pursued a degree in Speech Communications at California State University Long Beach. She then toiled in the insurance industry and worked with State Farm Insurance for ten years in claims, eventually ending up in agency management. Audrey met Mike Ivey in college and the couple married in 1994. She became involved in Mike’s business in sharing the same passion for event production. Together they have not only created an amazing company but also three beautiful children!

Michael Ivey, President

Born and raised in Huntington Beach, Mike quickly realized his passion for media and the arts after receiving his degree in Communications at Cal State Long Beach. In 1986, Pro Audio & Lighting was formed with its primary concentration being in the DJ industry. After joining KROQ as a radio personality for 12 years, he soon realized the potential in expanding his business. Through ambition and drive, he created a company based on his personal mission statement; under promising and over delivering. Mike's focus is to provide our clients with a backbone for their event using tools such as video production, lighting and audio. He has received several technical excellence awards and continues to gain recognition worldwide.

Kristopher "cracker" Hritz, Director/Producer

Kris is an Orange County native who received his Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television and Film from Long Beach State. He spent several years in Los Angeles as a camera assistant for numerous independent films and TV commercials. From there he began directing and producing corporate industrial entertainment pieces which ultimately led to creating his own successful production company. He has received Telly awards along with Mar-Com Excellence awards by working with clients such as Lexus, Toyota, Shea Homes and Centex as well as accolades for working behind the scenes for ABC's Extreme Makeover Home Edition. He joined the MiMedia team 10 years ago and has proved to be an integral part of our video production arm, serving as producer and director for our corporate clientele.

Joshua Eiseman, Executive Producer

Joshua Eiseman has over 10 years experience in the marketing and communications field. His skills include project management, concept development, script writing, and production. Joshua has managed a wide range of projects including national product launches, television brand advertising and sales training campaigns. More recently Joshua has utilized new technologies such as DVD and the Internet to help better communicate his clients’ messages. With a client list ranging from international technology firms based in Silicon Valley to agriculture and construction clients, Joshua is always working to transform a complex idea or product into an effective communications piece that delivers definitive results.

Nicole Danish, Ms. Wonderful

Nicole was born and raised on the East Coast, jumping around the tri-state area and eventually ending up in New York where she worked at a Wall Street brokerage firm. Always having an interest in media arts, she soon made her way to California in April of 2007 where she found MiMedia Productions. Signing on as the office manager, Nicole’s roles vary from customer service, website maintenance, email campaign management, sales assisting and other important positions that keep our office running smoothly.
